On Mon 17 November (Permalink, No Comments)I was reading this article by ‘SuperAwesome’, who share my opinion that web designers should know how to code, and came across one of their comment responses - which sums it all up for me.
The point is not to do it all yourself, but just to be able to. Then you can provide an excellent service, and achieve excellent results.

A while back I mentioned FaceBox as a really convenient, unobtrusive popup script. The very same that Facebook use (see example) throughout their site. Although it’s very easy to use and customise… it does require the jQuery library.
