Weekly Review 10 28.10.08

20 – 26th OctoberIn the last weekly review I mentioned that I was going to wind down my freelance – however, I forgot that I’m completely incapable of ever slowing down. So this past week has been busy, but productive…
- The majority of last week was spent finishing up a web project I’ve been doing for a school. It’s been fairly complex (mainly PHP problems) – but also quite satisfying. Hopefully the forthcoming week will see that all wrapped up and working!
- Have been working hard at creating my next big webapp. I’m looking at creating a (free, of course) online service for people to plot their travel itinerary on a beautiful looking map. I’ve currently finished making one for my own travels in December – and it’s looking awesome (complete with live Twitter feed, comments and date-specific messages!)
- I won a pitch for a new social media website – which I began designing last week. Going to be pretty impressive when it goes live!
- Had a chat with a new client about an exciting new web project I’m going to be embarking on in 2009. It’s going to prove to be quite an intense project, but the outcome will be awesome… I’ll keep you informed.
And this week I’ve got a couple of branding projects on the way… so I’m looking to buy the new Los Logos (I went to the bookshop this morning, but they were closed – boooo!). Busy busy busy
wanna say something?
