Weekly Review 6 26.09.08
22nd – 28th September, 2008
It’s been a fairly busy week just passed, with a healthy mix of freelance and full-time stuff. But I’m still relaxed from my weekend in Falmouth, so it doesn’t seem all that bad – plus I’ve also got some time off next week. Despite my slacking, I’ve still managed to achieve the following…
- Designed a blog in just a day!! Used a list I wrote back in July to help me out with the templates I needed to design. Was a bit of a challenge, but it looked good in the end!
- Following this blogs’ feature on WP Candy, I was asked to impliment the WordPress functionality of the above design. So I spent a couple of days doing that, learning a thing or two in the process.
- Spent all of Friday in Richmond, teaching Photoshop to the lovely folks at Duchy Originals – whom I designed the website for!
- Designed a couple of brand routes for a cool new social network site.
- Wrapped up all freelance gigs in an attempt to spend next week free (for whatever I’m doing… still not planned)
So there we go – like I mentioned, I have next week off… who knows what i’ll get up to – it won’t be work though, that’s for sure
