Weekly Review 2 31.08.08
25th – 31st August, 2008
Doesn’t seem like a week ago that I wrote my first weekly review – time sure does fly when you’re busy as hell! Anyway, I’ve not accomplished as much as last week, but here’s what’s been going down…
- The week started prematurely, with me having to work on Bank Holiday Monday… and then started Tuesday’s working day at 5am! All because I had to fly to Denmark Tuesday afternoon to present concepts. Meeting went down very well – although I found myself talking to back end developers… which always makes me worried. I’m never truly happy passing designs onto a 3rd party- so we’ll see how big the clean-up effort will be!
- Much the same as last week, me and Stu have been hard at work with Project Bubble. In the last week we’ve managed to launch the blog, and iron out some bugs etc with everything. Looking good… although it’s yet another blog I have to maintain

- Since launching the holding page for BuzzGraphics, I’ve also updated this blog to reflect the new style. You’ll notice the new header, with some animation in it (couldn’t resist), and the footer, with a particularly bad picture of me in it (I’d just woken up… not into this whole self absorbed studio-lit, photo-shopped thing!)
- Found that my old portfolio site was showcased alongside the likes of Apple, Autodesk, Philips and IBM by Commit Lab. Makes me a little bit nervous about launching a new design…. nah, it’ll be fine!
Well that’s pretty much it – I hope to be taking some time off this week to launch my new portfolio – but we’ll have to see if I get round to it (check the next review)!
