I don’t usually showcase sites, but I felt this was worth making an exception for - the new Vitra site.
I’ve been using this site as a inspiration recently - a prime example of a (new) site that doesn’t rely on drop-relfections, shadows or apple-esque features. Brilliant!
I’m currently designing a big site, and have set out not to use any of those typical web2.0 techniques either… and I can tell you it’s harder than it looks!

I found your website and thought this guy must know his stuff!!
I hve been stranded by loads of people who just make promises and take your money and then just throb you off!
I am desperate to get my website re-designed and made to look the business.I have currently got a guy now who said he will optimise it and put me in touch with a designer-but the samples he has done are @*/> so feel charitable??in exchange i have to websites and you’ll never need and wood flooring or bathrooms again!!!!!!
