Why Sony Failed 19.06.08
I don’t usually think that critiquing others’ work is a good path to go down – but in this case I’ll make an exception. I recently visited this page on Sony Ericsson.com to do a bit of research – on my arrival I found this:

There’s nothing much wrong with this aesthetically, in fact – it’s fairly nice to look at, but there’s a thing or two we can learn from a development point of view.Firstly, never ever use Flash as your primary navigation (as done here), unless the whole site is Flash. They’ve only done this for the sake of a bit of animation – which I’m sure could be achieved with JavaScript anyway! The reason being that for those with JavaScript off (still a fair amount of people), Flash will simply not display.
Secondly, the contrast between the mouseover/active states of the menu and the background is terrible. When designing, use this tool to see if your contrast passes W3C guidelines. In this instance, where the foreground is #3673a2 and the background is #aa57c1 – there’s not sufficient contrast. This will affect those with visual impairments etc.
And more than anything – we’re talking about Sony Ericsson here. Come on guys – you should know better than this!

Pete, not sure whether you changed my entry.
Even I wouldn’t do something so naughty.
That is actually quite unethical!
Everyone reading that would think I enjoyed it!
It’s not the best policy as I may hack into it!
So, please refrain in the future.
Good to see that your website is up though.
Always remember to write regularly.
You must get lots of interesting comments from people.
